My Journey and Expertise:

• **Over 30 Years of Experience**: I've dedicated more than three decades to studying and practicing meditation, yoga, Indian medicine, and philosophy including Buddhism/Vipassana, Taoism, and Shamanism.
•  **Sound Therapy and Research**: Focus has been on sound healing, studying with renowned experts like Cyndi Dale, Eileen McKusick, and Baba Krishna in Baghsu Nag, India.
• **Mystery School Teachings**: My studies and profound interest also include Hermetic Sciences and study with Vesica Institute.
•  **Founder of CANADA YOGA ALLIANCE **: I've taught yoga to hundreds of students over the years and established a national organization from over 2 decades, dedicated to promoting yoga practices across Canada.
• **Global Learning and Teaching**: For over a decade, I've traveled extensively in India, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Bolivia and Peru where I have met and listened to many masters and teachers. Listening and growing is a never ending journey I promote and practice.
